We need two of these, there are two mounting screws at top and 2 at bottom. It's 6 inches tall and an inch wide at the widest part.

It's hard to tell what you have without more detailed dimensions. I would start by looking at our 39-074 and 39-280. Carefully compare your dimensions to these two operators and let me know if either is a good match.
