crank assembly parts needed

Question

please advise what parts i need to replace the crank operator assembly in photos and rear plate / gasket ? to screw to operator. the screws are stripped and assembly has pulled away from window. the assembly attaches from the rear (outer side of window frame) with 2 screws; however there is in "IMP_0056.jpg" on lower side / middle of operator assembly some sort of fastener?

Thanks for writing in. These operators look like our 39-187 and 39-188. The gasket used with these is our 39-303. Now, our operators don't have the undermount screwhole you show in your photos, and they are installed entirely through rear mounted screws. Therefore, I really don't think this would affect installation, but let us know what you think.
