I have two bow windows.The two windows on the ends open.What assy goes on each.39-090 or 39-089.The crank handle on inside or outside

I'm afraid that I don't know what your question is. Are you asking whether the operator in your photo is the 39-090 or 390-89? If so, then the orientation is the same as the 39-089.

Please note that this doesn't necessarily mean that that operator is the 39-089; it is too obscured for me to properly identify. All I can tell you is that they share the same orientation. The 39-090 would go on the opposite facing window.
