crank case window part

Question

number on bottom seems to be a date/batch number, brand looks to be "truth". those seem to be the only things stamped on the item. it is an awning style window. the crank handle has teeth ground down a bit and the extension arms apear to be bent. there are no markings or stickers anywhere on the window, so I do not know manufacture or model of anything unfortunately.
