Need two left handed full replacement units. The part numbers on the back are 0P05-7554-03 Date of 05-011-05 Another number is 65276.

I'm afraid I couldn't cross-reference those numbers to anything in particular. Please remove the operators from the window and take a few pictures of them, then upload those pictures here for us to see. From there, we will try to find a good match.

Thank you. Check out our 39-329 and 39-330 and see if these could work for you. You may also need a new handle, so see our 39-114L.
