crank for vinyl casement window

Question

I have sent pics of the hinge assembly that hopefully will help you identify which parts that we need.  The label pic is a distant view which says, MFR: PHP-62, ALI Validator, Series 850, Casement.   We will need the complete assembly.  Hinges are on the left side and window opens to the left, obviously.

I can't be sure based on your photos, but the 39-031 and 39-032 operators would be a good place to start. Take a look and compare the specifications below to yours.

As for the hinges, see if the 10" long base of the 36-048 set matches yours.
