crank gear no longer working

The operator spline has been stripped which will require a full replacement. To further review, we will need to see the window open where we can see a bird's eye view of the arm attachment(s). From there we can get a clearer idea of the style that is needed. 

With the window unlocked, you should be able to slowly push the sash open. Thank you!
