crank handle

Quick Learner from meredith, NH

Hi. I am trying to identify the manufacturer of the casement hardware. The customer has no paperwork and I can see no identifying marks (either on the glass or the unit). I have one of the handles that has the number/letter P4601 stamped on the inside and the letters Mg inside a hexagon. If you could identify the manufacturer for me there are a number of windows that have issues. Windows are 20 yrs old +/-. Thanks, Dave

Hello,

Unfortunately, the numbers on the hardware do not identify the manufacturer of the window, though it does indicate that the windows most likely use generic Truth hardware. If there are specific parts that you need for the windows, feel free to get back to us with detailed photos of each one and we'd be happy to confirm if we carry replacements. Thank you!

Hi Casey. Attached is the piece in question. You can see on the zero end of the tape, it is broken. Is it available? I believe the casement operator kit is numbered 39-091 and 39-092. Right/left hand? Thanks, I appreciate your help. Dave

Unfortunately, the link arm used with the 39-091 and 39-092 was discontinued by Roto and is no longer available. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
