Thanks for your photos. I see in the second photo you r crank handle along wit the gear. Once that gear comes out with the handle, there is no replacing just the handle. This tells us that the entire operator needs to be replaced. We can help locate a match. Send us some additional photos of the operator with some measurements and we will see what can be offered. If there any markings on the operator, please be sure to include that as well.
