I am confident we can help, but I need to see the operator out of the window to properly identify it. I specifically need a view of its rear, so the hole pattern on the top and bottom tabs can be seen. I also need a side view of the link arm that extends from the back, including the hole at the end of that arm. From there I should be able to ID this for you.

Thanks for getting back to me. This might be the 39-012, 39-025, 39-061, or 39-194; but I can't say which without seeing the entire link arm, including the hole at its end. Compare all four possibilities to see if one of these is a match. Let me know what you find out.
