Thanks for the photo. I'm sorry to say we would not be able to supply you with a replacement for this type of operator. That ribbed piece appears to be the spindle that the crank handle attaches to. If this is damaged, there is a chance you may need to have the entire mechanism replaced.

If you know who the manufacturer is, I would suggest trying to reach out to them or a local retailer who sells their parts to inquire about how you might be able to repair this operator.
