I need to replace the gear assembly for the awning window, the gears are shot and I cannot open the window, pictures are of the same window next to the bad one.

Your awning operator resembles the 39-083 or 39-140. The determining factor would be how the dimensions compare to yours. We'll include the images from our product page below. Both options are compatible with the 39-114L handle. Take a look and thanks for posting.
