Hello, thank you for writing in. Could you please show me the rest of the operator, including the arms? I would preferably like to see it from a bird's eye perspective. This will allow me to make the best recommendation. Thanks.

Thank you Julia! Adding more pictures on the operator.

I apologize for the confusion. I need to see the operator itself; that is, the mechanism that physically pushes open and pulls closed the window. This picture still only shows me the outer cover. Take a look at the video below to get a better idea of what I'm looking for.

great video. One problem. I managed to remove the crank handle - just a set screw in my case - but the cover does not "lift off" as shown in the video. I am hesitant to pry hard for fear on damaging something. Any suggestions? The windows are roughly 16 years old.

I think I figured out the problem. This appears to be a "truth" operator for which the cover doesn't "pop off". After I removed the trim, I discovered that one of the mounting screws was loose (sticking up) and blocking the operator mechanism from fully closing. Fixed that, now works just fine.

Thanks for the great video.

I would like to replace the older style crank with the newer version. What is the cost and how do I order them?
Thank you

You're photos here show two very different types of operators. These aren't interchangeable, unfortunately, and you won't be able to make one look like the other.

Which one of these two are you specifically looking to update? I'm assuming its the part in the first two photos but I just want to be 100% sure. Are you only looking to change the cover and handle to a folding style? If so, you could use our 39-107FK. This is similar in design to the more modern part you show in your third photo, though I have to stress that it's not identical.
