crank hardware replacement

A quick learner from St Louis, MO says:
The stem or worm has become detached from the window opener hardware, cover for hardware is cracked and opener handle or crank is missing.
Are you able to determine what properly replacement parts are based on attached pictures?
Unable to obtain numbers from original hardware for 3 weeks as I'm out of town and would like to repair as soon as I return to St Louis. Also would like to know price of opening hardware, cover, and crank. Will generic products work?

Thanks for posting. I am afraid if the worm gear has come lose, that means the entire operator has to be replaced. We can help you find the right operator, but we'll need to see the entire mechanism, including the link arm(s), out of the window. For a new handle or cover, see our 39-114L and 39-107
