crank labeled c-9400-1

Question

Hi I have a similar crank to above labeled c-9400-1 but the screw holes on mine don't match your suggested part. The adapter seems like a different set too. Can you please suggest the right replacement?

Hello,

The replacement parts needed depend on when your window was manufactured. If your window was made between 1995 to 1998, then you will need to use the 39-362 adapter plate. Take a look at the glass pane in your window and check the corners for the "etching", which states the year it was made. Take a look at the 39-264 operator, along with the adapter plate 39-362 and related videos to assist you. Thanks for posting!
