I need help identifying the crank mechanism on a window so we can replace it.

Hello,

The base shown in your photo resembles a Pella-style operator. We would need you to open the window so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to narrow down your options further. Thank you!

The window in question is in my daughter's house about 70 miles away. I am going to try to visit this weekend so I may not be getting back to you until some time next week. I wanted to explain the delay so you didn't think I was giving up on the project. Thanks for your quick response.
