crank mechanism for Simonton Window R Pat 34657

I need a left hand crank for a Simonton window R Pat RE34657. Please advise. Thanks so much. Am attaching pics.The mechanism is stripped out and will roll in or out properly.

Hello,
The part shown in your first photo reminds me of the 36-048 hinge set. If you need new operators as well, we would need you to open the window as far as you can and show us the arms that move the sash to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
