Take a look at the 39-094 & 39-095 Andersen assemblies. Carefully review the specifications to confirm if they match up to yours. Please note that the 39-286 handle is sold separately. It does look like your operator fitting is attached to the bottom of the arm, while ours attaches to the top. This difference may not be an issue but it could make it difficult to attach the arm to the track. Take a look and see what you think. Thank you.
I believe the Andersen operators that Casey recommended would be the correct replacements for the assembly shown in your photos. Yours must be an earlier version. You might also need to install the new track that comes with the 39-095. Take another look at the suggested hardware along with the related videos.
