Crank operator is stripped, gear and brass keeper will not stay in operator.

Hello! Those numbers are associated with a few different operators, but they all seem to be at least the same style. Consider our 39-083, 39-140, or even the small 39-143. Any of these could be the operator you want, depending on the size you need. Look over our measurements and photos and let me know what you think!

what are you measuring when you specify 21 1/2, 16 1/8 etc. The length of the arms or how far they open??
Also my application is a garden door, not a window. Not sure if that makes a difference

This measurement is from "elbow to elbow" when the arms are closed. Refer to the image below for an example. To get this measurement on your old operator, you simply fold the arms exactly like how they're shown in this image and measure accordingly.
