crank operator for a 1997 andersen window

A quick learner from Florida says:

Home was built in 1997 - would Andersen Awning Operator #39-099 still work for that year? If not - what awning operator would be similar to this for the year of 1997? I can't give you a photo since I am located in Florida and the house is in Martha's Vineyard. I know it is a single arm similiar to the photo for 39-099. Thanks, Maureen

No, I do not believe it will work in your case. The 1997 operator is very similar, but may not work for your window, (they only made that particular operator from 1995 to 1998). We are looking into it further for you.
