I am afraid the information on the sticker will not help us identify what you have or what will work in its place. We will need to see photos of the actual part and have you supply us with some detailed measurements on the part in order to search for some possible matches.

If you just need the handle, you can start with the 39-114L that has an 11/32" opening shown below. you'll need to confirm that the opening configuration and size match the 39-114L to be sure that this will work for you. Thank you!
