I am looking for the componets for a crank out window., The stamp on the back reads 6397P AMS

Hello,

Your casement window hinge resembles the 36-048 with a 10" base. Keep in mind that you would need to replace the top and bottom hinges, which is why we offer these hinges in a pair. Take a look at the video below and thanks for posting!

GREAT this is showing right? Is there a left also?

The 36-048 comes with top and bottom hinges that can be adjusted to work on a left or right opening sash.
