A home owner from nokomis Fl. says:
Its the idler end of the rod at the bottom that the crank turns on a 4 section
crank out window. The little gear box is on the other end.

Looks like you need a new torque bearing. These are a little hard to come by, but we have a couple different styles that may work for you. See our 36-018, 36-018E, and 36-019. I cannot guarantee any will work, and if they can then you'd likely have to drill new holes. However they're the best options we can supply. Look them over and let us know your thoughts.
