Greetings! The part you are showing in your photo is out 39-114 crank handle, but since the gear is out, you'll need to replace the operator, too. Once the worm gear pulls out, it's time for a new operator. If you can send us over some additional photos of the operator along with dimensions, we should be able to identify it and get your window working again.
