crank will open but not shut

do you know what part this is? the crank will open but not shut. probably stripped but cant find correct part number labeled on it. it will not let me upload photos can you email me an email address

This exact operator is no longer made but the 39-206 Andersen Awning Operator Kit should work to replace it. Take a look over the specifications and compare them to determine if this will be a fit.

You'll likely also need the 36-086 Andersen Awning Bracket it for the repair as well. The compatible handle is the 39-286.
