Thanks for writing in! The window hardware you have here appears to be the 39-536 Truth Hardware Pivot Slide Assembly and the 39-558 Truth Detach Clip. These are typically used with an operator like the 39-239B.

Carefully look over each of their dimensions to confirm if these are the correct replacements for your window repair.
