Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Unfortunately, the Roto balance with a 7" long arm has been discontinued and no replacement is available at this time.

The split arm operator can be replaced by our 39-091 and 39-092 Roto operator, which is also in the process of being discontinued but we do have some left in stock. The downside is that the handles and other hardware that go with the split arm operators have already been discontinued  We apologize for the inconvenience.
