Thanks for posting. For the operator itself, it's tough to make out what you have. Start with our 39-016 and 39-017 and carefully compare our dimensions and pictures to your own hardware to confirm that they match up. I'm not sure about the ligature you mention. Are you referring to the linkage in the Daryl awning window? I'm not sure that is available anymore since Daryl went out of business.
