crankout type window - the closing & opening latch

When trying to shut the latch it won't engage to lock it down into place. We cannot see what the brand name of the window is. (The remodel was done about 9 years ago now) and the latch doesn't seem to have any numbers on it. Local big box store did not have anything that matched.

Take a look at the multi-point locks for casement windows related on this page. The hole spacing and projection of the locking fork are especially important factors. Let us know if you have any other questions and thanks for posting!

Part #38-139 looks to be the correct one but it doesn't look like it comes in beige which is what we need.
Another one looks close...can we return it if it's not the right one?

Unforutnately, we do not carry these latches in beige but past customers have painted them in a pinch. Just keep in mind that modified parts can't be returned. You're also welcome to review our full return policy here.
