Thanks for posting! The gear worm of your casement operator is stripped.. This kind of damage cannot be repaired, unfortunately. You will need a new operator.

I am confident we can help with getting you the right replacement but I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. The body of the operator and the crank handle resemble a few, so the photo of the entire operator will help us to narrow down the correct replacement.
