crestline door handle

Question

Hello, I have a Crestline sliding door and the handle is broken. Best I can tell is the I.D. number inside the panes of glass is L30402Y42B4M. I bought the door back in 2003 if that helps too.
Please let me know how to order or where I can get a new handle assembly.
