the window is 44 pounds, vinyl frame. the existing balances appear to be 35/64" deep by 1- 17/64" wide with 3 coils. I inadvertently damaged them while installing the window. Have been unable to contact Crestline. I need 2 pair, plus do you have a spreader tool to remove/install them?

Welcome to SWISCO, Kurt. It seems to me you could use our 15-087 coil spring housing with the center as an alternative for what you have. It may be a good idea to exchange the cam in ours with yours. For the remainder of the other coil housings, visit our 15-086 coil housing. As for the coil springs, you should be able to go with two of the S180-7 and one of the S180-8 on each side of the window to hold a 44 lbs. sash. Take a look at each part mentioned and let us know if you have any other questions.
