Handle 82-086 is the correct dimension between its 3 15/16" hole spacing and is correct for its 1" width, but the overall length of 8 1/2" is an inch shorter than the handle that I sent in a picture, but I don't think this would matter. Why is the offset thumb latch facing towards the door frame, for it is opposite in the 3rd photo that I sent you. Thank you.

Hello,

You are correct that the overall length will not be a problem as long as the hole spacing matches yours. Also, the offset of our latch differs from yours because your base plate was flipped to have the latch oriented on the top. Our handle set could be installed the same way.
