custom balance with roller in shoe

My balance has a roller in the shoe. Otherwise it looks like the Series 385.
The metal is 26-1/2" long. The stamp is 26 5.
There's not a hook at the end. It's more like an alligator mouth.

I need two.

Thanks for posting. Yes, this is a very good and observant explanation, and this certainly sounds like a custom balance. Does the hook look like our 62-108? Better yet, can we get pictures of the balance? In particular, can you show us a picture of the bottom nylon shoe? A side profile view is usually best. From there, we'll do our best to narrow down what you need. Thanks.

Hi, a while back I had started this conversation regarding some balancers that I needed. I was sent an email with a custom link to order them, which I can't seem to locate in my email. For whatever reason (pandemic, maybe?) I never ordered them and now I have another window that has the same balancers (I compared them and checked the numbers) so I need to order 4. Is there a way to get another custom link to order these? Thank you!
