Hello there. It looks like you need hinge window balances, where the balances on either side of a hinge window are not symmetrical. Thanks for laying out the details. I just shot you an email with two separate purchase links: one to order (1) 23" balance, stamped 2230 and with the 19-008 Top and 15-025 Bottom attached; and another to order (1) 23" balance stamped 2240, with the 19-008 Top but no bottom attached. Let me know if you have any other questions.
