I have two windows that need replacement balances please
Window is a single slide up sash by Milgard
Window weighs 17 pounds
The metal Balancer is ½ inch wide
The metal balance is 20 and 11/16 inches long
The lower show is 1 inch wide

My concern is the metal hook in my balances are at the end in line with the lower show. S380 on your web site might be the closest match but the metal hook that anchors to the window frame are above the lower shoe.
I need two pairs of these.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window, including both end attachments, the pulley clip, and stamp code to research this for you. Thank you!

Great, we're almost there but I would like to confirm that your balance is just shy of 21"? If so, I suspect that the stamp code on the metal channel is actually 20 6 but it would be a good idea to double-check before we send over your order link since these balances are custom and non-refundable.
Also, we'd like to see a side profile photo of the fitting in your first photo with the wheel in the show to help us confirm the balance series that you need. Thank you!
