Hi folks I have a series 390 channel balancer i need to replace in my windows..the balancer has a 19-002 top and a 15-001 bottom.. the channel has 2620 stamped on it but the actual length of the channel is 26.5 inches and not 27" as depicted by 2620..
can i have four of these made up...

I think we can help, though this will have to be specially made. Before we begin, can you show me a picture of the top and bottom nylon attachments? Can you also show me a picture of the stamp? Finally, how many did you need?
