custom weld II pivot shoe

A quick learner from Kings Park, NY says:

Double hung vinyl replacement window
circa 2003

Part of the lift mechanism, bottom tab on right side (as viewed from inside of house) of sash fits into this slide mechanism. The cast metal insert is broken.
Might be a good idea to replace both sides.
