Thank you for replying back with your photos. Please take a look at our S395-29 and S395-32 channel balances. These come assembled with the 19-005 balance top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. Compare your nylon fittings with ours to confirm this is the correct replacement. If everything looks good, then you can go with both the 2830 and 3130 options.
