Can I cut old rollers off?

I am not sure I understand your question. If you are looking to replace your rollers, we can certainly help you with searching for some options. Send us some detailed photos of the roller removed. If you could also send us measurements of the rollers, that would be a great help. 

Thanks for the photos. However, I am still a little confused. Could you clarify what you mean when you say "cut off the old rollers"? Your photo only shows the inside portion of a complete roller unit. Typically, there should be an outer housing still installed in the door. We will need to see them together in order to identify a match. Please update us with that information and we'll go from there.
