Good morning, my windows are longer than 38 inches. Is your product designed to be cut and spliced to accommodate the difference?

Thank you for your question. You can cut the 58-178 down to the length you need using a hacksaw, like our 75-023, or a pair of heavy duty cutting shears. I hope this has answered your question. Please get back to us if any other questions come up.
