Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your top sash guide looks like a match for the 18-179. It's unfortunate that the bottom is screwed in from the inside. You may have to ultimately take apart the frame but please allow me to consult one of our senior experts. We'll reach out when we have more information.

To access the bottom screw to the 18-179, you will need to remove the interior glazing bead, then the glass to reach the screw. You might also be able to remove your old top sash guide by forcing a flat screw driver under the guide from the screw. You will probably break the old nylon guide. Then, drill the back side of the new guide so it just fits over the screw tip and screw in the top screw of the guide. That should be secured enough to operate the sash.
