different length channel ballance

I have what looks like a S380-14 inch compairing measurments.
However, mine measures 14 5/8 inches. will this be an issue.

Hey, Tim. First, make sure you're only measuring the metal channel. Do not include the nylon attachments in your measurement.

If you are measuring the metal channel, then I think you may have something other than the Series 380 balance. Please take a few pictures of your top and bottom nylon guides, to start, and we can work from there.
