the picture of the keeper shows 13/16" in height but I can't tell for sure where that is measure from. The one I need is .909 from bottom of bracket to bottom of top of keeper so I am trying to compare as that will be critical in the lock worrking correctly.

Thanks for posting.
The dimensions shown on the product page is from the bottom of the top lip to the top of the bottom lip; in other words, its the inner height. The full height is 1".
