SGD-R20-141×96 sliding glass door handle replacement

Question

Needing a SGD-R20-141×96 sliding glass door handle/lock replacement, not sure about any additional information because the model and make sticker is very worn. The house was built in 2000 so I am assuming the sliding glass door is that old.
