Crank handle on Marvin window won’t open window

We carry Truth parts, but without seeing the arms of this operator, I can't tell which Truth part might replace it. Can you remove the operator from the window to send photos, or at least open the window? Thanks!

What I meant was, can you push the window open (or remove the operator box from the window entirely), take photos of the part, and send them to us? The handle isn't broken, per se, it's the gear that goes into the socket that has fallen out. The gear is factory-pressed, and therefore you need a brand new operator box.

I'd like to see the arms of the box to identify it. Can you send photos?
