Part Needed, Don't Know What it's Called

I need one of these to screw onto the window frame and attach the coils to. I have a Sears, double hung window and this broke; keeping the top window from moving up and down reoperly or with ease. Essentially the coils are not attached to anything so they are not functioning. Pllllllease help.
