9” sash replacement

I need to replace about 8 of these on a rental house. They are 9" in length, 1/2" wide and have the following # stamped on them, 0840 dL. Also a BSI is stamped on the frame. ( see above photos). Thank you.

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. Before we begin, can you confirm the depth of the bottom shoe? I cannot make it out in your photos. Once we know that, we will email you an order link and price quote for 8 of them.

Is the bottom shoe the smaller of the two plastic pieces? If so can you explain to me which measurement would be the depth, so I send you the correct one. I can add photos with measurements if that will help.

The bottom shoe is the plastic piece that is mounted on the bottom while these balances are installed. If you look at your last two photos, it's the one on the right.

The depth would be the "heel to toe" measurement. If you look at our 15-004 or 15-005, then you'll note that the only difference between them is the 1-3/32" measurement on the 15-004 compared to the 1" measurement on the 15-005. That is the depth.
