Need dual roller with 1-⅛" wheels

Question

My vinyl sliding glass door needs a new roller. The assembly I removed from my door looks like your product code 81-158 except that it has 1" diameter rollers. All the other dimensions are identical: 3" long, 1" high, 11/16" wide. There are no numbers or markings on my assembly that I could find. Do you sell such an assembly?

Another option would be for me to replace the bad wheel. I see that you sell the 1" wheel product code 81-223 which looks exactly like what I need. But I don't know where to find a tool to peen the axle rivet over like is seen in the photo above. Do you sell such a tool?

Hi there- thanks for posting!

The 81-158 does look like your best option. Even though the wheel diameter is 1/4" off it could still work if you adjust the roller, but if it doesn't, purchasing our 81-223 1-18" could be a good solution. I don't believe you need a special tool to replace that though. You should just be able to drill out the old wheel and using our 81-310 roller axle repair kit, plug the new ones in.
