Hi again. I looked at this closer and i think i might have the o5-001 boot because its 1 1/8 wide... but the shape is slightly different where the "wing" part comes down. Will it still work?
From some notes ive made in the past, i think i have the 390 model at 28 inches. Will this work? Thanks

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. Yes, if your bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1-1/8", this corresponds with the Series 390. Just double check to be sure. A metal channel length of 28" would confirm that you have the S390-28, and the stamp 27 C conforms to our stamp option of 2730, which is for window sashes that have a weight of 13 through 19 lbs. Take a look and see what you think.

Ive placed an order for several s390 balances, now i realize i have several broken sash guides. Im not finding an exact fit but might guess its 18-018? Heres my very sketchy sketch.. im not saying my measurements are right on but a couple of them were awfully close. Will 018 work? Is there another option? Thanks!

Greetings. You know, I feel the 18-009 top sash guide would be a better fit. The 18-018 extends into the sash, whereas the 18-009 is flat in the back. Take a look and see what you think.
